Severe or repeated violations
Rule Violation Penalties:
- 1 Warning = 2 Hours Mute
- 2 Warnings = 8 Hours Mute
- 3 Warnings = 12 Hours Mute
- 4 Warnings = Permanent Ban (subject to appeal)
